Schoolbelt Superhero - April/2021

Let's Hear it for our          SCHOOLBELT SUPERHERO!

Dona Alviar

 Standiford Elementary School Modesto, CA

Nominated by Jackson's Mom, Melissa Stone:

"My superhero is my son’s SDC autism teacher, Dona Alviar. My son, Jackson, has nonverbal autism. He has many needs. I am beyond blessed to be able to send him to school and know someone is looking out for him. His teacher, Dona (all staff there, really), love him like their own. I never have to worry about him being mistreated. I know he is getting everything he needs, emotionally and academically, due to Dona and her staff. I’m so thankful!"
