DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges for your order within the Continental US will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all purchases! (Standard Delivery)
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
The following expedited shipping options are available when you check out:
- UPS - 2nd Day Air
- UPS - Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not offer international shipping at this time. Products are shipped within the Continental US.
ORDER TRACKING
Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to the UPS website.
You can also track your order in your order history. Just log into your account using your email address and password, then click on your order number in your order history. The tracking number will appear under the Status & Tracking column. If you click on the link, it will take you to the tracking information for your order.
SIGNING FOR DELIVERY
Typically, we do not require a signature when we ship your package. However, there are instances when the delivery driver may decide to choose this option at their discretion.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
CHECKING THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Returns & Refund Policy
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at schoolbeltready@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will be happy to help resolve the issue promptly.
